Custom made items

Bring or mail us you requirement and we will turn it into an embroidery art. Common requests are your favorite pet, your award winning horse, your favorite painting or even your very own wedding picture.

Some companies or individuals request special embroidery items as VIP gifts for special occasion such as anniversary gala, Chinese New Year, wedding or birthday celebration. We can incorporate your require artwork, logo or wordings on special made items.

Some tips

1. Plan early
   Custom made order takes long lead time. Plan at least 3 months from submission of picture. Some complex ones could take up to 6 months a piece to craft.
   
   
2. Color scheme and background
   Not all graphics in photo version are suitable for turning into embroidery. Our special team will advise you, it is always best to have a few choices ready at hand for selection.
   
   
3. Cost
   Custom made items involves exceptional precision that only the very good masters could craft. Cost is a direct correlation on its complexity and time required. For a single large piece you can use the price of the Master Piece Series as a general reference.

Steps

1. Send us your favorite either by E-mail at cmade@artnice.com.hk , post or visit our show room in person.
2. Our customer relation staff with contact you to understand your needs then follow by a quotation that indicates cost and time require.
3. Once deposit is collected, workmanship can start and we will update you the progress along the way.
4. Once completed we will inform you for delivery or by appointment you can first do a viewing before delivery at our showroom.
